The Trashbin in my Atelier

Art Therapy

When I started art therapy, I thought I might do some small watercolours, maybe something with fabric since I sew a lot of my own clothes. I was pretty excited to be in a studio space and have a lot of different material to use. I was apprehensive about the therapy aspect of it.

I thought whatever art I'd be making would be fairly modest and contained. That is not what happened. There's India ink on the walls of the art therapists office that I put there.
